I've worked on it about... 10 hours? Yes, my eyes hurt terribly.

I do hope I get at least an honorable mention, because I the file size for this killed my Photoshop. It's all screwed up now. T-T

I did try to make it so that it could wrap around nice and evenly, but then I went a bit crazy with the fizzy bubbles in the background.

Concept sketched on printer paper. Not scanned in, because I was a genius and wanted to make my life harder. </sarcasm> Everything done individually using Adobe Photoshop 7.0's pen tool. No outside resources other than the logo(s).

I hope I got all the requirements down. The terms page that they offered hurt my eyes (white font on a black background!?) and I got a terrible headache.

I don't know why, but I kept changing the colors on it and they always ended up being monochromatic for some reason. Maybe my mind didn't want to deal with color theory much?
If you have any suggestions as to the color, I'd love to hear them!.

Yes, I included Caspian and Averine. I just liked the way they looked in the layout.

EDIT 2: Thank you all for the feedback! My fingers are crossed for at least an honorable mention because I really want some of these bottles (can you say gorgeous?).

One of the best designs I have seen so far. Your design balances out the logo and the graphics perfectly, most designs submitted so far have too strong graphics or forget the objective of the contest: to sell mountain dew and your design. I think you did a perfect job balancing everything out. Kudos to you man. I hope you win.

Probably, that or they didn't know where to put the logo lol. but good luck man, at least get an honorable mention. As for me, I don't care what place I win, as long as I get those bottles. those bottles are crazy.
